When a booking is requested through our direct site, the guest receives an email prompting them to complete verification via our screening partner, Truvi. Guests must submit their full legal name, previous addresses, government-issued ID, date of birth, and a selfie for biometric ID verification. A background check is completed, and our compliance team reviews the results according to our screening policy. Only guests who meet our safety standards are approved.

For bookings made through third-party platforms, guests must also complete a background check and provide valid ID. Regular corporate clients are pre-approved, with the company assuming responsibility for their guests’ conduct during the stay. All guests, regardless of booking source, must agree to abide by our rental rules, policies, and community standards to finalize their reservation.
